Every family we help is a family that did not have to start from zero. Your donation builds the guides, the tools, and the advocacy that make the transition years navigable.

What your gift funds

The mama bear toolbox. Interactive tools that help families draft IEP and 504 letters, organize DOR and VA paperwork, and plan the transition years step by step. Development, testing with real families, and keeping everything free to use.

Family guides. Plain-language resources on special needs trusts, benefits programs, transition timelines, and adult support law, updated as policies change.

Advocacy. Campaigns like our veterans education effort: pushing lawmakers to close the gaps that lock disabled young people out of the benefits they earned.

We are a small nonprofit. There is no bloated overhead here. Donations go to the work.

Ways to give

Our online donation form is powered by Zeffy, which charges nonprofits zero platform fees and zero processing fees. One hundred percent of your gift goes to Transcenders. You will receive an automatic tax receipt by email.

Give by mail. Prefer a check? Make it payable to “Transcenders Inc” and mail it to the address listed on our contact page. Include your email address if you would like a receipt.

Recurring gifts. Monthly donors keep the lights on and the guides updated. Even a small monthly gift compounds into real capacity over a year.
